School of Management undergraduate course Organizational Behavior (OB)  “recitations” are led by the Career Office. Every year, we invite subject matter experts for career development-focused lectures.

"I have collaborated with the Career Office for the recitations of ORG302 Organizational Behavior since 2011. The Career Office organized 16 guest speakers and 14 workshops. The guest speakers represented a great variety from small entrepreneurial ventures to big multinationals. They complemented the lectures by bringing in the Turkish business context to class, and adding practice to theory. The workshops provided the students with experiential learning opportunities on fundamental topics such as leadership, teamwork and career planning.  All in all, the contribution of the Career Office has greatly enhanced the students’ experience at Sabanci University"   Arzu Wasti, School of Management
