As of 2026, the Program is carried out by the Turkish Employment Agency (İŞKUR) under the auspices of the Presidency of the Republic of Türkiye. You can apply through https://ulusalstajprogrami.iskur.gov.tr to benefit from early career opportunities, including internships, job shadowing, and training programs offered by public institutions and organizations, universities, and thousands of private sector organizations.
During the application process, you will encounter sections where you can highlight your competencies. Completing these sections accurately and in full will contribute to your competency score. Each point you earn will bring you one step closer to the opportunities offered by the institutions and organizations you wish to work with. Therefore, you should make sure that every document you upload meets all the required approval criteria. These criteria can be found in the “i” buttons next to each question in the “Application Form.”
Please also note that having applied for or participated in internships, job shadowing opportunities, or training programs in previous years does not prevent you from applying again this year by updating your information and documents, regardless of whether you participated in those opportunities.
